Immortalis was built in 1996 by Nigata shipyard for the Japanese government as a scientific research vessel. Her work included seismic surveying, fish stocks monitoring, carrying large loads and also worked as a crew training vessel.
Immortalis was refurbished in 2021 as a comfortable charter yacht with off-grid exploration in mind. There is a comprehensive setup of military grade equipment throughout the boat designed for remote adventures in south east Asia, the Pacific and Australia.
Privately owned and operated, Immortalis delivers high quality expeditions chartering for surfing, diving, fishing or other explorations.
Immortalis is a long range expedition style yacht. The refurbished vessel blends modern contemporary style with glimpses into her former life as a scientific research vessel. The relaxed yet functional environment is available for guests to enjoy, relax and explore in comfort.
The yacht accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins with an additional triple cabin available where necessary. There is plenty of deck space, as well as a comfortable upper deck inside lounge with large windows to take in the surrounding views.
Immortalis presents a comfort for the commercial rigours to support general oceanographic research; in particular hydrographic research, extensive diving and laboratory requirements. She also boasts plenty of space for use as a shadow/support vessel or for extensive long range research trips.
Astounding cultural diversity, colourful wildlife, volcanic landscapes and a cultural treasure chest awaits clients aboard the comfort and security of this unique vessel. Nature’s most diverse water habitats become the playground for intrepid travellers to explore whilst escaping the rest of the world.
Immortalis is a great vessel for all types of ocean exploration. Whether it’s surfing, fishing, diving for that long lost wreck, or just exploring tropical islands, Immortalis is a great choice.
