About Ultimate Indonesian Yachts

Founder Eddie has over 12 years of experience crafting private yacht journeys through Indonesia. A Royal Navy veteran and former liveaboard cruise director, he combines operational insight with deep local knowledge. Originally from the UK’s yachting hub near the River Hamble, he has also worked in diving across the Maldives and ran a successful recruitment firm in London before founding Ultimate Indonesian Yachts.

Annie oversees marketing, strategic partnerships and bookings. With over a decade in luxury travel PR and content, she has represented boutique hotels, tour operators, and private islands. She is also a freelance journalist with features published in UK and international outlets. Annie brings a creative approach to charter design and guest experience, and works closely with our clients to shape unique journeys.

Kim is based in Bali and brings extensive experience from Indonesia’s dive and tourism industry. Originally from France, she has managed dive centres in the Maldives, the Gili Islands, and Komodo. She co-founded a dive shop in Komodo and later transitioned into luxury charter brokerage, drawing on her deep understanding of Eastern Indonesia’s marine and cultural landscape. Kim manages our Bali operations and logistics.

Richard began his Indonesian journey with Aman Resorts, managing the dive centre at Amanwana and later leading private yacht charters aboard Amanikan and Amandira. With a background in marine biology and hospitality, he specialises in crafting bespoke itineraries for guests looking to explore the remotest parts of Indonesia. Richard brings hands-on experience, logistical expertise, and a calm, client-focused approach.

Born on the Black Sea coast, Alex’s lifelong connection to the ocean led him into the international yacht charter market. With experience at leading brokerage firms, he brings deep knowledge of the global charter landscape and speaks both Russian and English. At UIY, Alex primarily supports our Russian-speaking clients, combining cultural insight with a passion for travel, surfing, and snowboarding.

Born in Provence and based in Borneo, Yoann is our charter specialist for Myanmar and Thailand. He started his career in Mediterranean sailing and French brokerage before relocating to Southeast Asia in 2012. There, he managed operations for a classic yacht and developed a deep understanding of regional cruising. Fluent in French and English, Yoann brings regional expertise and a global mindset to every charter.

With over a decade in the travel industry, Rosie supports charter coordination and ensures every guest feels looked after from first enquiry to disembarkation. Based in Wiltshire, she works closely with our charter team to manage logistics and client communication. Rosie’s warmth, responsiveness and eye for detail help ensure each trip is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Putri, based in Bali, brings 12 years of hospitality and marine operations experience. She’s worked across luxury resorts, lifestyle brands, and liveaboard vessels throughout Indonesia. With a focus on guest service and operations, Putri supports both pre-departure planning and in-country logistics, ensuring guests are fully supported at every stage of their journey.

Based in the New Forest, Joss oversees accounting and supports internal operations across our UK and Bali teams. With a focus on financial administration and back-office coordination, she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our charter services behind the scenes. Outside of work, Joss enjoys coastal walks, time with family, and exploring the surrounding countryside.

Randy brings a wealth of experience from luxury hospitality, with a background in exclusive resorts, private yachts, and high-end travel planning. Born in Java and now based in Bali, he ensures seamless execution of guest services and land-based activities. Randy supports operations and guest care across Indonesia with warmth, reliability, and a deep understanding of luxury client expectations.
