Indonesia is where we spend most of our time, but the partnerships we have travel well beyond the archipelago. Several of the vessels we work with are based permanently in other cruising grounds. In practice, this means a charter can be arranged in the Maldives, Myanmar, the Seychelles, the Galapagos, the Mediterranean or Palau with the same preparation and the same standards applied to an Indonesian itinerary.
These destinations have little in common beyond the quality of the water. Some are chosen for diving, others for wildlife, remoteness, or simply the ease of a well-served coastline. What they share is that each is best experienced by boat – the anchorages, reefs and beaches that define them are difficult or impossible to reach any other way.
Seasonality matters more here than it does in Indonesia. Each region has a relatively narrow window when conditions are at their best, and in several cases the number of suitable yachts is small.

Indian Ocean: The Maldives is the most straightforward of these destinations to reach and the easiest to combine with time ashore. Its twenty-six atolls run north to south across several hundred kilometres, and a yacht allows guests to move between reefs, sandbanks and dive sites well away from the resort islands. The Seychelles works differently: the granitic inner islands around Mahé and Praslin are green, mountainous and close together, while the outer atolls — Aldabra among them — are genuinely remote and require a longer, more committed itinerary.
Southeast Asia and the Western Pacific: Myanmar’s Mergui Archipelago remains one of the least-visited cruising grounds in Asia, with hundreds of largely uninhabited islands and almost no shoreside infrastructure. Access depends on permits and prevailing conditions, so itineraries here are confirmed case by case. Palau is smaller in scale but exceptional underwater, with the Rock Islands, protected lagoons and some of the best-known dive sites in the Pacific.
Further afield: The Galápagos is the most regulated destination we work in: vessels must be licensed, itineraries are approved in advance, and a certified naturalist guide accompanies every landing. Within those constraints, the wildlife is unmatched. The Mediterranean is the opposite in character – a long summer season, a large and varied fleet, and the option to move between the French and Italian coasts, Corsica and Sardinia, or east towards Greece, Croatia and Turkey.
Charters in these regions are arranged the same way as our Indonesian itineraries. We identify vessels genuinely suited to the cruising ground and the season, handle cruising formalities where they apply, and build routing around what you actually want from the trip – diving, wildlife, quiet anchorages, or a mix of time on and off the water.
